We offer our founder John Kanaya's unique brand of classic Japanese cuisine which is based on the traditions of kaiseki dining while also incorporating Western elements. The menu changes monthly and features locally sourced seasonal ingredients.

Monthly menu of "Kanaya Kaiseki Cuisine East meets West" Respecting Japan and Praising the West" inherited intention. And seasonal vegetables were fully incorporated in healthy "Kanaya Yuba Kaiseki Cuisine Keiryu Suimei:" which takes advantage of the grace of clear stream in Kinugawa. You have your choice between the two menus for dinner upon advance request.
