A new product has been introduced and is available to customers who are staying with us.
Kanaya's original Jiyou Egg Pudding 400 JPY
This pudding is handmade using Jiyou egg of Nasu and consists of two layers, a custard style layer using milk from Ozasa Ranch and a gelatin style layer using Hokkaido 100% cream, topped with browned caramel.
The pudding is available at the lounge during the opening hours, from 7 am to 9:30 pm.
Please note it is limited in quantity, 20 a day and take out is unavailable as the product is raw.
Please enjoy the pudding for afternoon tea, with a complementary drink available at the lounge.
