[New Product] Kanaya's Original Jiyou Egg Pudding

A new product has been introduced and is available to customers who are staying with us.

Kanaya's original Jiyou Egg Pudding 400 JPY

This pudding is handmade using Jiyou egg of Nasu and consists of two layers, a custard style layer using milk from Ozasa Ranch and a gelatin style layer using Hokkaido 100% cream, topped with browned caramel.

The pudding is available at the lounge during the opening hours, from 7 am to 9:30 pm.

Please note it is limited in quantity, 20 a day and take out is unavailable as the product is raw.

Please enjoy the pudding for afternoon tea, with a complementary drink available at the lounge.

The official home page has been updated for the spring season. The spring menu and plans have been added.

This winter has been different from the average year as it has been noticeably cooler with unusual amounts of snowfall. Today you can feel the fresh air of spring. The coldness has softened, and the sunlight during the day feels warm. Fresh spring greenery is expected due to the fluctuations between temperatures. From now on, you can look forward to the spring scenery.

It will be nearly a year from the last year's renewal open. The facilities and service are starting to come together.

Spring ingredients, such as bamboo shoot and edible wild plants have been incorporated into the spring's menu. Limited plans that make you think of spring are also prepared. All staff look forward to everyone's visit.
